Nadir Jiddou
President / Senior Broker
MBB Founder & President Nadir Jiddou began his work as a Business Broker after 20 years of buying and selling businesses of his own. By the age of 20, he owned his first of 6 restaurants, and he continued to grow his business holdings over the next 20 years, including the purchase of an assisted living facility and the creation of Michigan Business Broker.
Nadir is known for being a determined problem-solver with an extremely strong work ethic, a large network of business connections, and an uncanny ability to understand people’s true needs. He puts these strengths to work for every client of MBB.
In his own words, Nadir says, “When I was buying and selling my businesses, I felt like I was not getting a fair deal. No one advised me correctly. I don’t want that to happen to anyone else. I work hard to guide buyers and sellers to achieving their goals. I work hard to keep my clients for life.”
Nadir was born in Bahgdad, Iraq, and moved to Southfield, Michigan at a young age. He played high school football, and went on to play college football at Wayne State. He and his wife of over 15 years have a family of 4, and as Nadir will say when asked about his awards and reconigitions, “I’m the #1 Dad in my house!” He comes from a large family, and looks forward to one day seeing his children begin families of their own. He enjoys spending his free time playing sports and supporting or coaching his kids in their sports and activities.

Jason Kassab
Business Broker
Jason Kassab has owned and operated businesses for over 20 years. He uses that depth of experience, paired with his attention to detail and desire to make business transitions smooth for his customers, to help others enter or exit business ownership in a way that accomplishes their goals.
“My goal when working with customers is to be honest and upfront the entire process. It’s complicated to buy or sell a business, but when the transaction is complete, my customers feel like we’ve achieved what they were hoping for.”
Jason began working for his family businesses at age 11, and went on to open his first business at 22. From there, he went on to own 9 franchise locations for Liberty Tax and a Clean Juice franchise. He didn’t have someone to provide a roadmap for success, so he had to create his own. Now he brings that level of advisorship to his buyers and sellers.
Jason is happily married and has 2 wonderful children. Outside work, he enjoys family activities, finding new restaurants for date nights with his wife, golfing, and watching his kids play sports.

Vince Hermiz

Vince is a dedicated Business Broker who thrives on helping clients achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. Born and raised in Michigan, Vince combines his deep understanding of the local business landscape with a passion for connecting people to opportunities that fit their vision.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a specialization in Logistics from Wayne State University, Vince brings a strong foundation in business operations to every transaction. His knowledge of what it takes to run and grow a successful business, paired with his keen eye for spotting promising ventures, makes him a valuable partner for buyers and sellers alike.
Earning the trust of his clients is Vince’s top priority. Whether guiding someone through the process of selling their business or finding the perfect business opportunity, he focuses on creating a seamless, transparent experience. His ability to understand the entrepreneurial journey and the nuances of business ownership allows him to build meaningful, long-term relationships.
Outside of work, Vince enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and three sons. He finds joy in coaching his kids in sports and takes every chance he gets to travel with his family. For Vince, balancing work and life is all about making memories and staying connected to the people who matter most.
Vincent Poma
Business Broker
As with so many business brokers, Vincent is first and foremost an entrepreneur that understands the necessities of a business and what it takes to make it successful. With a Bachelors in Business Management and 11 years experience in Sales & Marketing in the healthcare industry, Vincent can be trusted to chart a course for his sellers and buyers that will result in the outcome they’re looking for. Vincent was raised by a business owner, his mother, who operated multiple profitable hair salons, and his father, a 30-year veteran of the IRS who worked with businesses of all sizes.
Vincent understands how to create long-term business relationships, and thanks to his industry experience, he is exceptional at dealing with healthcare-related entities and their owners in a time of transition. He assures all parties are involved and educated about the acquisition process, and he works to create realistic expecations as he navigates them through the entirety of the sale of the business.
When not busy in the world of business, Vincent devotes most of his free time, in his words, “to his beautiful wife and 2 beautiful children.” His family is his ultimate priority and his motivation to be successful while making others successful as well. He is an avid golfer as well as a Red Wings and Pistons fan.

Nevin Nannoshi, CPA
Business Broker
Nevin Nannoshi has provided consulting services from Fortune 500 companies to start-up businesses and is well-versed in legal, financial, and business operation functions. His experience encompasses manufacturing, automotive dealerships, retail sales, domestic and international taxation, and other disciplines. He lends this wide range of experiences to entrepreneurs and investors seeking to buy or sell businesses.
Nevin earned his CPA license while in law school and has over 15 years of experience starting & operating small businesses. He is a devoted father to three boys and enjoys watching and playing ice hockey.

Jennifer Laginess
Administrative Assistant
An Arizona native who moved to Michigan in 2006, Jennifer Laginess thrives in her role at MBB. She prides herself on integrity, respect, her ability to both listen to – and understand – the needs of the buyers and sellers she works with. She enjoys a challenge and is fulfilled by being hands-on during the process of a business going from the listing to the closing table.
“My objective when working with each business owner or potential buyer is to make the process as smooth as possible,” Jennifer says.
Jen is happily married and has 3 children, as well as 4 step-children and 4 grandchildren. When she’s not helping bring deals to the closing table, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
